How current is ClearPoint weather data and how far ahead does it forecast?

The system downloads data as frequently as 5 minutes, with a total of one hour frequency for all applications, as some applications download at different times and take longer to load. The forecast limit is up to 5 days for route planning purposes. The global weather system data inputs are updated every 6 hours from over hundreds of thousands of data points globally supplied by governments, military, commercial aircraft, commercial shipping, and national weather services from 180+ countries. All of this is managed primarily by the US NOAA and NASA operations via the NOAA GFS system (Global Forecasting System).
